Main Structural Features
♦ Power system adopts YUCHAI 6-cylinder 92kw diesel engine with stage II emission standard to drive hydraulic system(Optional WEICHAI 104KW diesel engine with stage III emission standard). Rotation, feeding, lifting, jack leg, pipe unloading, winch, mud etc, are all performed by hydraulic components.

♦ When drilling, can use DTH hammer to work, if use a cutter or roller bit to make a hole, can use the mud for deslagging.

♦ The working mechanism is composed of feed mechanism, top drive type rotator, slide frame (mast), centering device, pipe unloading mechanism, winch system etc.

♦ The top drive rotator is realized by the hydraulic integrated block with equal power output of bipolar torque and bipolar speed, low speed high torque and high speed low torque. To adapt to different working conditions and holes.

♦ Cylinder's plate chain feed mode is reliable and durable.

♦ Roller slide is durable.

♦ Axial feed pressure, feed speed and rotation speed are adjustable. 

♦ The winch lifting force is 1.5 tons, and the rope is 60 meters long. It can lift drill tools, tools etc, or assist in connecting and unloading drill pipe.
