The GP600 is an underground type of coringdrill rig for drilling medium to deep holes, capable of drillingfor both surface and underground applications.
The drill is compact and modular design withflexible maneuverability for convenience to meet specific needs of operating conditions.
With the use of a hydraulic-operated positioner and a fast calibratingturntable,thedrilliseasyforsetupandcapable of drilling holes in all angles. The unique positioning mechanism requires no
moving of the wireline hoist,from vert ically up to verticallydown. Equ ipped with a robust cylinder-driven feed frame anda 55KW power pack, this drill provides high pullback forc e, fast drilling penetration and quick rod- handlingrate. The drill uses an electric motor (optional for diesel)to pow er the hydraulics on themachine. FEATURES:

· E-stop buttons on the control panel and the drillrig ensure urgent system shutoff againstaccidental situations.

Rod holder
The rod holder is hydraulically opened andgas-pressure closed. In case of loss of hydraulic pressure the rodholder closes instantly. The gas pressure can beconveniently monitored.

Rotation unit
The rotation unit is capable of handling B-H rodswith optional alternative for P rods. The rotation unitconsists of a hydraulic motor, a two-speed gearbox, and a 12HH hydraulic chuck. The chuck closes to hold the rodby hydraulic pressure, and opens to release by springforce.
