OVERVIEW 
The GP330S is a top-drive, high efficiency, multi-functional fully hydraulic drilling rig, with advanced technology, easy to operate, 
high reliability and durability, widely used in water wells drilling, detecting wells, rescue wells, 
ground source air conditioning holes, coal bed methane, natural gas, oil mining and other projects, the rig do down-the-hole drilling with compressed 
in various formations under high temperature, high cold and plateau areas. It can keep fast drilling speed for the rocks with Platts Hardness f=4-20. 
Belongs to high-end brand in the domestic water well drilling rig industry.
This rig main movements such as the mast lifting&adjusting, pipe loading&unloading, rotating and feeding, jacks, winches and travelling etc. are all controlled by 
hydraulic system.Besides it can use 6m drill pipe or 6m casing pipe directly, which greatly reduced labor intensity, improved construction efficiency and quality. 
A light weight drilling rig can be designed to meet the requirements of height and width limit construction areas. Each model can be modified into truck-mounted chassis.

top-drive rotating with constant outputs through hydraulic integrated module provide high&low rotation torque and rotation speed, low-speed with high torque and 
high-speed with low torque, which make the drill adapts to different working conditions and drilling hole size.

♦ Multiple pumps for interflow and distributary flow technology, maximumly reduces the system heating and fuel consumption, meanwhiles, realize 60m/min fast feeding 
speed at empty load status and makes the lifting speed up to 30m/min, with that the auxiliary time is significantly reduced and the make the work much more 
effective and economic.

♦ Top-drive rotating mechanism outputs equivalent power high&low rotation torque and rotation speed, make the drill applicable for various working conditions and ground 
formation.
♦ Feeder system compose of feeding cylinder, chain and slide board, etc. the slide board is designed as roller structure which can reduce the friction, the telescopic
 feeder mechanism with patent technology make the rotating head have the 7m stroke, plus with the big tri-angle raising structure, the mechanical load of the machine is 
optimistic and abrasion of the moving parts is reduced very much, also the drilling accuracy is improved.

♦ The mast can be fastened with the machine body during the drilling operation, equipped with gradienter and specialized centralizer, which can ensure the accurate 
hole trompilling.
♦ Reliable fluctuate structure for rotation head can avoid stuck damage on the rod thread during the connecting and dis-connecting operation for the drill rod, 
by which improve the durability of the rod and avoid breakage and loss.
♦ Feeding axial pressure, anti-propulsion axial pressure are highlighted design, the feeding speed is adjustable. 
Tiny adjustment for feeding and lifting can avoid drilling stuck. Solutions by rotating and feeding simultaneously, or feeding and pressure reducing simultaneously can reduce stuck and bit jumping accidents.
♦ Safety and Durability: The heavy-duty undercarriage is featured of robust structural strength, wide tracks and excellent gradeability, 
which ensures its stability while travelling and working. The design of the drill is optimistic and the machine body is balanced well. 
Four jack legs support ensures stability of the drill during the drilling operation.
♦  Convenience: Repair and maintenance are very convenient since because the maintenance and check points are easily accessible, engine compartment is well organized, and all service doors can be easily opened and closed.
