Dragon GP590BC-2A hydraulic down-the hole drilling rig has better performance than previous generation: 
fully optimized structure, lower drilling footage cost, more user-friendly design. The diesel engine(electric motor)-hydraulic pump set are used to offer power, and the hydraulic motor is used to achieve the movements such as drilling, feeding, lifting, 
travelling and hydraulic cylinder positioning etc. When it is drilling, only the DTH hammer will consume compressed air. 
Dragon GP590BC-2A drilling rig is mainly used for hydro-power engineering, open pit mining, road construction, 
drilling and blasting operation of national defense engineering.

Rotation Unit
It adopted dual rotation motors with bigger rotation torque, so the dual rotation speed can be adjusted. There is rotation speed selector switch 
for quick change of the speed, thus can suit for various working conditions. Compared with the straight gearbox, the new planetary gearbox is more 
compact, more efficient and more stable, with lower failure rate and lower maintenance cost. Rod jamming reduced and hole quality increased. 
Imported rotary seal with good sealing performance and long life. 
Polymer liner is wear-resistant, no need of grease lubrication. 
The manganese steel guide rail is sturdy and wear-free.

Power train
Imported hydraulic pump has high pressure resistance, large displacement, more reliable quality and long life. 
Supercharged engine, powerful and easy to maintain. 
The two-stage air filter device ensures that the engine sucks in clean air, which is safe and reliable. 
The oil-water integrated radiator ensures the normal operation of the engine and hydraulic system under high temperature environment. 

Maintenance-free feed mechanism
The hydraulic and mechanical double lock not only ensures the stable output of large torque from hydraulic motor, but also greatly improve the 
service life of worm and gear. The mechanical lock also prevents hydraulic leakage and prevents sliding. 
It belongs to the new generation product with more advanced technology, which does not require daily refueling and maintenance. 

Control panel
Independent travelling operation system, it adopted 3-speed variable independent travelling console, which has a wider view and safer operation. Different working angles are used when travelling and 
working, which is suitable for different use conditions on the construction site, and the design is safer and more human-oriented.
The originally imported control valve has more reliable performance. 
Centralized console for easy operation and control of the machine. 

Maintenance-free undercarriage
The originally imported travelling motor has strong climbing ability and can tow the air compressor. 
Two-speed travelling system, fast travelling to save the site-transfer time. 
The crawler frame floats 15°and is equipped with a travelling balance system, which is suitable for rugged site construction.
Maintenance-free support rollers, no need oil filling. 
Installed the track guards to prevent the track derailment.
It can be equipped with unpowered unlocking travelling motor.

Drilling arm
The multi-angle, extended functional drilling arm has a wider range of drilling. It can drill horizontal holes, 
front and rear angled holes, and lateral angled holes, its drilling coverage is 20% more than the similar drilling rigs.
