OVERVIEW 
The Dragon GP810 is a Dragon series of all-in-one hydraulic DTH drill which brings you more automation, higher working efficiency, better reliability and simpler operation. 
The FOPS level standard built cabin and automatic pipe handling system are equipped. Heavy-duty undercarriage with wide tracks ensures 
its travelling safety while move quickly. Hydraulic dust collecting system meet the latest environmental protection regulations and it is reliable solution to meet the modern eco-friendly mining.

Main Configurations:
★Feeding system
The feed is made of specially pressed aluminium alloy material with stainless steel wear-resistant sleeve. The double cycloid motor slewing device 
has large rotating torque and less drilling jam. It can realize the big hole drilling on the basis of easy&flexible operation of the drill rig. 
At the same time, the rotation speed can be adjusted according to different rock formations. Imported rotary seals have good sealing performance and long service life. 

★Automatic pipe handling system
All the functions, such as the pipe storage, pipe loading and unloading, movement of mechanical clamps, can be controlled easily through one single joystick. Loading and 
unloading of the drill pipes are easily achieved by upper and lower clamping, greatly improve the working efficiency. 
One-button drill pipe exchange system make it faster and safer. 

★Air compressor
Adopted ATLAS COPCO 2-stage compression system, which can provide highly compressed air and strong output, reliable performance, 
It suits various hardness of rock formations, high penetration rate with ease. 

★Engine
The water cooled EFI turbo engine offers more power, lower fuel consumption and conforms to National III emission standard, 3-stage filtration system ensures the cleanness of intake air, and greatly reduces the engine failure rate.

★Control Panel
The control valve adopts a pilot hydraulic control operating system, which is flexible in operation, reliable in performance, and simple in maintenance, which is convenient for various operation and control of the drill rig. Fast feeding and lifting decrease the auxiliary time and increase working efficiency. Feeding force can be adjusted anytime if 
needed. 

★Cabin
All closed cabin is equipped with cooling/heating air conditioning system, comply with the FOPS safety protection standard. 
The all-round large safety windows offer great visibility and help the operator control the rig precisely from all angles. 

★Control system
The simple and friendly control system is easy to use. The drilling& operating parameters, reminders and alarm functions are concentrated on the dashboard. Each data is 
clear at a glance, which is convenient for the operator to observe. The drilling angle of the rig and the operating parameters of the air compressor are displayed in real time, 
which is convenient for operator to accurately arrange the holes and control the overall situation. 

★Dust collecting system
The efficient hydraulic dust collector is equipped with a sliding dust-collecting cover, it has high dust-collecting efficiency and reliable performance, 
greatly extend the drill rig's service life and ensures a clean working environment for the operators. 


★Undercarriage
The heavy-duty undercarriage features robust structural strength, wide tracks and excellent gradeability, which all ensure better stability during drilling. 
Floating type frame design, the undercarriage can oscillate ±10° back and forth, high/low speed can be selected for travelling, fast site transfer. 
The ground clearance is more than 400mm, suits for various of tough terrains and minimize the chassis collision with the ground.
